Love Run Philadelphia Half Marathon Announces Delaware Valley BMW Dealers as Title Partner

PHILADELPHIA – February 8, 2024 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Motiv Sports today announced a new partnership agreement with the Delaware Valley BMW dealers to become the title sponsor of the 2024 BMW Love Run Philadelphia Half Marathon. The city’s premier Spring half-marathon, renowned for its picturesque course through downtown Philadelphia and along the Schuylkill river, is expected to draw more than 11,000 participants for its 11th edition on Sunday, March 24.

“The BMW Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon is more than a race; it’s a lifestyle event that caters to an audience that appreciates love and achievement,” said Phyllis Blanchard, Partnerships Director for Motiv Sports. ” Partnering with BMW was a natural fit given our brands share a passion for performance and dedication. This marks the first year that the Delaware Valley BMW dealers will serve as the title sponsor of Philadelphia’s premier spring half marathon. The annual race, which routes participants through the most scenic parts of Philadelphia’s downtown city center, starts and finishes at Eakins Oval adjacent to the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Prior to race weekend, the Delaware Valley BMW dealers will also provide race entries to anyone who test drives a vehicle at one of their Delaware Valley Dealerships.

Then, come race weekend, runners will be able to engage in BMW vehicle ride and drives at the Health & Fitness Expo Friday and Saturday March 22-23 at the Philadelphia Convention Center. The party will continue on race day, Sunday March 24th, where BMW will lead the race and provide a memorable post-race experience out of their booth space. A 7k is also held in conjunction with the half-marathon on race day.

Throughout race weekend, BMW will showcase its latest models at the event, offering an interactive experience for participants and spectators, providing the brand with a unique platform for brand exposure and engagement.

The BMW Philadelphia Love Run is a convenient destination event with the start line and finish line festival all taking place just steps away from the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art. Featuring a world-class route that showcases the scenic downtown Center City, race day begins at 7:30 a.m. with the half-marathon and 7k. Runners enjoy one of the most scenic racecourses in the United States with spectacular views along the route. With complimentary beer for athletes 21+, music and thousands of spectators, it’s truly Philly’s best Spring half-marathon.
